A lazy Saturday afternoon, a bunch of friends, mimosa's and mojitos and a fab South Indian brunch to go with it. We have given a face lift to some of the classic South Indian favourites and If you are the curious, experimental foodie, then this brunch has your name written all over it.

Welcome drink: Guava Mimosa~ Nothing screams brunch like a good ol' Mimosa, and we've taken it a notch higher and gone Tropical with Guava mimosas.
Cocktail idlis from Tamil Nadu~ steamed rice cakes served with sambar (lentils) (V)
Masala chicken wings from Andhra Pradesh~ Served with our signature spiced mayo, these spice coated chicken wings are sure to give you the spice kick
Cocktail: Nimbu pani Mojito~ An Indian cousin of the traditional Mojito, with loads of fresh lime and refreshing mint.
Upma salad from Karnataka ~ We've given the traditional Karnataka style rava upma a face lift by using cous cous, but with loads of curry leaves, chickpeas and spices (V)
Kerala Egg curry & string hoppers from Kerala~ No syrian Christian breakfast is complete without the quintessential egg roast in a thick onion gravy, accompanied with feather light string hoppers (V)
Spicy prawn sliders~ A coastal favourite gets a modern twist with curried prawns heaped on pillowy soft brioche rolls. Served with homemade slaw on the side to cool you down a bit from the spice hit.
Darjeeling tea~ Known as the 'Champagne of tea's,' and always a welcome treat at every meal.
Mango pancakes with coconut and lime~ To end the brunch on a sweet note, and to look forward to the gorgeous summer ahead. (V)
