The blue flamingo is characterized as one of the most exotic and graceful creatures, lobster is a seafood delicacy at the top of all menus. The two together could not be a more befitting name for this special supperclub evening. It will be pure seafood indulgence where I will be using ultra fresh seafood delicacies cooked from live in special recipes I created myself. Ingredients used are gourmet and handpicked for a sensational flavor experience.

scallop ceviche with rye crackers ( the recipe experience )
razor clams cooked in my mum's secret sauce served with locally bake artisan sour dough bread
special recipe lobster stew with polenta cou cou and lush gravy
plaintain caramelized in palm sugar with panna cotta drizzled with tangerine and mango homemade syrup
