The four cornerstones of my cooking are freshness, quality, health benefits and taste. I always want my guests to have an amazing experience when they dine with me. For my next supperclub you will have your dish read out and explained to you, the source, ingredients and a story behind it.

On the 29th June I will take you on a little journey to the islands with 5 courses of the freshest and most exotic seafood dishes and a heavenly dessert. Treat you body and taste buds to all this at £35 & BYOB. Vegetarian option on request!


Live Oysters w Homemade Chilly Relish


Queen Scallop Ceviche - Paradise Island
(scallops marinated from live in a mixture of fresh herbs, fruits, peppers and citrus juices, served chilled in the shell)

Mussels Steamed in Fresh Butter, Garlic & Herbs
(live mussels steamed in the traditional way but with a fruity island twist)

Coconut Pickled Octopus w Green Banana
(octopus boiled then stewed in fresh coconut milk, pickled in a special blend of herbs, pepper and lime, served with iron rich organic green bananas)


Mahi Mahi Steamed in Banana Leaves w Okra Cou-Cou
(mahi mahi - large tropical game fish with a great texture and sweet taste, seasoned with fresh herbs and steamed in banana leaves. Serve with a national bajan dish of polenta cou-cou and a spicy light sauce)


Fluffy Pumpkin Fritters w Whip Cream
(a classic bajan dessert of pumpkin blend with flour, honey and cinnamon then deep)
