Join us for a spectacular pasta-making masterclass and tasting menu, brought to you by pasta experts, Pasta Evangelists, and plant-based experts, Studio Cocina Shoreditch.
Inspired by the Italian emigration to Argentina in the 19th century, this evening is a celebration of the wonderful fusion of Italo-Argentinian culture, reflected in its beautiful cuisine and crafted wines.
Enjoy a warm welcome with nibbles and drinks whilst immersing yourself in our pasta-making workshop, where you will learn to make fresh vegan orecchiette by hand. There will be also a demonstration on how to make Patagonic mushroom ragù; a unique specialty in Argentinian plant-based cuisine, which will be paired with artisanal Malbec reserva from Valle de Uco, Mendoza.
