Polish cuisine meets Jewish dietary laws, and Ashkenazi food is born. Oy vey!

Jewish dietary law forbids the serving of meat with milk, though it is fine to serve milk and milk products with fish. This is a typical Jewish fish supper.

Borscht with freshly baked rye sourdough bread

Fried gefilte fish
Potato salad
Cream cheese and celery
Red cabbage slaw
Traditional pickles and sauces

Summer fruit syllabub

This is what we plan to serve you, but slight changes may occur due to availability or if we come across something even more delicious.

We won’t be able to cater for any special dietary requirements. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions about the ingredients we will be using.
