My name is Julia, I’m a baker, designer, born and bred Londoner and I love learning about food - Not just about how to cook, but also about the socio-historical aspect of eating. By day I run The Bread Companion - a moving micro-bakery, travelling around the UK to encourage people to eat and bake good bread using my mobile wood-fired oven. I run bread making workshops with schools, communities, corporate clients and at market stalls. By night I run supper clubs at my home in Modernist apartment block, Highpoint. My aim as a host is to feed people's minds as well as their bellies!
