A modern take on the classic profiterole, this is your chance to take this ultimate dessert to the next level with a range of tantalising fillings and deliciously drizzly sauces.

Profiteroles need to be melt-in-your-mouth dreamy. To achieve this, you’ll learn how to create perfect choux pastry before being taken on a tour of flavours and choosing the ideal combinations for your indulgent sauces and fillings. In addition, you’ll learn how best to work with chocolate, you’ll master the art of piping and you’ll get to pimp your presentation skills like never before.

These pimped-up profiteroles can be served as a dessert, as part of an afternoon tea or as an indulgent snack.

LOCATION: Studio 8, 6 Hornsey Street, The Islington Studios, London N78GR.

We are a 2 minutes walk from Holloway Tube station (2 stops from Kings Cross), 10 minutes walk from Highbury and Islington station and 7 minutes walk from Calendonian station.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: We will provide everything you need for the class including aprons, all ingredients and packaging if you wish to take away the dishes you have prepared.

CLASS SIZE: Our classes usually have less than 8 guests. If the class has more than 8 guests, there will be additional chefs on hand to lead the class. The maximum guests per class is 15.

Excellent course!

Took my mother to "Pimp Your Profiteroles" the other day and we had a great time. We were the only people booked into the course but they didn't try to cancel or postpone which was excellent. Andrew was awesome - entertaining and knowledgeable - and he walked us through every step of the process, complete with explanation about why we were doing things the way we were. We spoke with the owner, Jen, a bit before and after and she was equally lovely. Overall, excellent course, I will definitely be booking another course at Jenius Social in the future!
