If you have ever wondered how this staple of Japanese cuisine is created, from the crispy dough to the yummy filling, this is the class for you.

We offer a no-compromise experience on this traditional dish, favourite in every ramen-bar around the world, after which you'll be able to master all the skills necessary to create these lovely dumplings by yourself.

The class will last 90 minutes and you'll be able to experience:

- Gyoza skin making

- Filling preparation (classic pork or vegetarian)

- Dumpling assembling and cooking

- Dipping sauce creation

At the end of the lesson you will enjoy your own creation followed by Japanese dessert.

Beginners are more than welcome, as we'll provide every ingredients and tool necessary, expertise from our teacher, and a good laugh too.

I came here on a date for a laugh and it was exactly that! The instructor was excellent! She encourages the competitive banter as well as being very patient with the 'not so talented' gyoza makers. Her recipe and method is amazing! I would strongly reccomend this class to anyone, no occasion needed!

Fantastic and fun experience!
