A modern vegetarian cookery class that uses influences from throughout the world to tickle the taste buds and excite the imagination. All the classes are hands-on, so you do the cooking. I will introduce each recipe with a quick demonstration and then I will help and advise as you create the recipe. We have a lot of fun cooking, eating, chatting and meeting new people and there is always a lot of food for you take home, so please bring containers!
The classes are held at the beautiful and bright Central Street Cookery school, in Old street, London

Price per person is £45 for 2.5 hours.
You will learn (make and eat/take away) three recipes, which are all vegetarian.
recipe 1. Kale, red onion and banana pakora
recipe 2: sweetcorn and paneer curry in a cashew cream gravy (we make the cashew cream in the class)
recipe 3: Vietnamese spring rolls filled with hot and spicy tofu, alfalfa sprouts and julienne courgette and cucumber.
surprise desert and welcome drinks are included. You do not need to bring anything else, apart from your containers.
