Demystify the art of Dim Sum. An introduction to the ingredients and the history of the dim sum. Learn a delicious Hot and Sour Soup with hand made prawn wontons and Choi Sum Chinese Greens. Hands on you will stuff, fold, steam and fry your own perfect dim sum including steamed Pork Sui Mai, Sesame Crusted King Prawn Toasts, and Stuffed 'Pot Sticker' Gyoza Dumplings and finish with sticky BBQ ribs.
