Chef Pérez Cocina invites you to a kitchen takeover at the fantastic Candela Clapton restaurant in Dalston!

For one night only, this Latin restaurant will host an evening of modern Colombian cuisine, provided by Chef Esteban Pérez. This is a set five-course menu including vegetarian options.


1. Vegetable fritters served with spiced syrup (VGFDF)

2. Seafood bisque and avocado, or 

Smooth red kidney bean soup sprinkled with grilled plantain chips (VGFDF)

3. Colombian ceviche, or 

Vegetarian ceviche (smoked tofu, sweet peppers, red onions and seaweed) (VGFDF)

4. Chicken tamal served with salsa, or

Butternut squash and oyster mushroom tamal served with salsa (VGFDF)

5. Alfajor crumble served with dulce de leche (caramel sauce) (V)

This is an event for up to 50 people. Servings will take place at 7pm, 8pm and 9pm. Candela Clapton provide a full bar including a range of cocktails.
