These Japanese home cooking classes are a tasty introduction to traditional seafood recipes. During the class you will learn how to prepare a range of dishes including Teriyaki salmon, for example, and other authentic seafood dishes. You will learn how to make different types of sauces, steamed Japanese rice or noodles and Japanese stocks or Dashi. In addition, Yuki will teach you vegetable cutting, fish preparation techniques and skills. The Japanese fish class also covers selecting local fish and seafood, with a keen eye for the freshest produce. You will also learn to cook seasonal vegetables dishes as a side.
