"We only have what we give"
After 3 weeks and with the second earthquake that just rattled the already shaken country, we will be hosting our yet another fundraiser event to continue our series of events to raise much needed funds to rebuild this beautiful, isolated and brave nation and its equally strong & resilient people who have suffered a great length of devastation.
This time around, we will be celebrating the amazing & beautiful produce this nation has to offer. For this event, we will be serving you a 4 course vegetarian meal, compromising of the some of the most loved dishes for you to enjoy.
Meat lovers, fear not; there will be goat curry & chicken pickle option for you too!
MENU:

PRE-STARTER:
Momos: Vegatable momos served with sesame and tomatoes chutney.
STARTER:
Potatoes & broad beans croquettes, served in a bed of spicy eggplant coated with hemp seeds chutney, accompanied by garlic yoghurt & green chutney. Served with peas & mint salad.

MAIN:
Farsi: Nepali Pumpkin curry cooked with mustard, cumin & ghee.
Kauli: Cauliflower cooked with fresh garden peas.
Bhanta: Flame roasted eggplant curry.
Bodi: Stir fried green beans with ginger and tomatoes.
Kaalo Daal: Black gram daal cooked with ginger & tempered with ghee & jimbu (herb found only in the mountainous regions of Nepal). Served with fresh lime.
Kaakro & Gaajar: Cucumber & carrot fresh pickle, tempered with hemp seeds.
Meat Lovers: Slow cooked Goat curry
Chicken Pickle
****Main is served with paratha bread/fragrant rice.

Lime infused coconut ice-cream served with berries & pomegranate & topped with sesame dust

We use fresh local produce/ingredients bought on the same day for our cooking.
If you have any food allergies, please inform us in advance so we can improvise our menu to suit your needs. This is NOT a BYOB event!
