Can't take the time off for our 5 day dim sum course? Why not try our 5 week dim sum evening programme, where we cover the ins and outs of the top selection of dim sum, once a week for 5 weeks?
Do I have to join in all 5 classes? Yes - this 5 class course is for those who cannot make the 5 day intensive course and want to get the most out of dim sum pastries in a short space of time. There will be a max of 12 students in the class.
This runs runs for 5 days, every Thursday in May, 6-9pm.

Char siu puffs (Homemade puff pastry)
Glutinous rice and char siu bao starter dough (DEMO)
Homework: Make char siu bao starter dough for next week
Day 5 - Thu 30 May
Crispy squid with sweet and sour sauce
Steamed roast pork buns (Char siu bao)
