As the autumn sets in, it is always nice to make some steaming soups. The Chinese considered a well-made soup to be an elixir of life. The balance of flavours and ingredients was believed to have healing properties for the soul and body. In this class Jessica from Mama Wang’s kitchen will show us how to make a traditional chicken soup to bring warmth, a vegetarian option using detoxifying vegetables and a dessert soup with goji berries and dates.
