Damascus Chef descends on the Good Hope Cafe, Hither Green with his hearty, four-course organic menu every Friday night. Expect a shimmering, shangling, shindig-slash-soiree - doors open at 6.30 and are not known to close before 11.
Candle-lit, smoky, protein rich & organic, it makes a great off-the-wall date spot, or catch up location for long lost friends.
Our meat is all halal, we have a groundbreaking sound track, acoustic music nights in the pipeline, and a great selection of wines and beers for sale on the night.
January's menu is a four courser. Take a peek and start choosing the main dish you'd like here. Everyone eats as much as they need of all four meze dishes, soup, one main dish and a dessert. Fresh mint, cinnamon and cardamom tea is flowing all night.
Kids are welcome, take away is sizzling and simmering from 7pm, and if you don't fancy booking in advance you can always come by and try your luck grabbing a table.
We're generally flexible about latecomers, but shoot us an email on chef@damascuschef.com if you think you'll be very late, or can't make it - and we'll book you in for another time instead.
