Mesa at Casa Sabor will continue our promotion of the cultural diversity of Latin American Cuisine, linking traditional recipes and ingredients in a more contemporary way of cooking, to guide your taste buds through a journey of Latin America. We can adjust our menus to suit our guests’ dietary requirements.
For our first Mesa at Casa Sabor, we have decided to start where we left off when we closed the doors on Essex Road, so we are going to revisit some of the Sabor classics dishes. Expect a welcome with our passion fruit margarita, to be followed by the menu below. You will get a taste of Esnayder’s own coffee from his family farm in Colombia.
