A welcome drink Limu Paani- Homemade lemonade
Starters
Goa Sausage Samosa- Our famous Goa Sausages cooked with onion and potato, folded in samosa wrapper and crisply fried.
*Assorted Vegetable Bhajias- Red onion, potato, coriander, green chilli, mushroom and aubergine mixed in Chickpea batter and fried. Served with yogurt and mint sauce and Tamarind and Date sauce.
Chicken chops- marinated in coriander, garlic and lemon, shallow fried and served in a pao bread with a layer of green coriander chutney.
Main course
Goan Pork Sorpotel -another curry famous at any special Goan occasion. Small cubes of Pork boneless with a hot and vinegar sour taste.
Sannas- (Rice and coconut bread.) These Sannas are a speciality, steamed into soft white pillow cakes.
*Vegetable Caldin- A mild vegetable Goan curry with a sweet and sour coconut flavour.
* Pilau Rice Goan style- flavoured with cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. Cooked in a buttery vegetable stock.
Chicken Cafreal- Chicken thighs marinated in aromatic Goan green masala with coriander, cinnamon and mint sealed in during cooking.
Pickles
Prawn Balchao- Our most popular pickle made with dried shrimps and a chilli kick at the end.
Desserts
Bebinca- layers of coconut milk pancakes cooked layer by layer with love and patience to produce a truly Goan favourite.
Baath- A goan Coconut cake made to a family recipe perfected by my mother-in-law Filomenia.
Coffee with Nankatais- a melt in the mouth snowball.
In keeping with a truly great Goan evening of food, live music has been arranged to entertain you.
