Nice food but tiny portions....and expensive

As always, the food with Wild Serai was excellent but 5 small portions for 42 pounds is pretty expensive. We got one tiny curry puff each as a starter, followed by 3 small portions and then dessert. I was still hungry at the end.
Also, the venue itself was quite expensive - a bottle of fairly ordinary Chilean Chardonnay was 30 pounds.
Would I go again? I’d love to - but not at those prices.

We are sorry you felt the meal wasn't good value for money. Each course is painstakingly prepared to ensure authentic flavours and variety. We use high quality ingredients and prepare everything from scratch.
After an 8 item menu with keropok, handmade curry puff, satay, rojak, mee goreng, nasi lemak with quails egg sambal and beef rendang, chendol and kueh lapis most customers tell us they are quite satisfied with the portions and the variety.
