The Craft will be holding its first evening in Wembley on Saturday the 27th of October.
We will be kicking off with a mostly Portuguese menu created by organiser Ricardo Soares with his origins.
There shall be some twists however in some of the dishes with a bit of modern techniques, but these will be minimal focusin mostly on flavour and what it is all about, enjoying the food and its roots.
Just a little bio on the cook:
I have been cooking for a few years professionally, mostly in private establishments, i have developed along the years and love food, I want to share ideas and just have a night where i can cook for others apart from work.
Doing a supper club has been a long time coming and now its finally looking good.
Held in the flat i share with my younger brother who is a good cook, a qualified cook but a security guard by trade and also hosted with the beautiful Natalia.
We oversee wembley stadium and Harrow colleges from our top flat.
