Over the course of the class, we’ll make five kinds of canapés including Fresh Fig and Prosciutto Skewers; Mini Herbed Pancakes with Aubergine Caviar and Pomegranate; Chicken, Mango and Cucumber Fresh Spring Rolls with a Chilli Dipping Sauce; Spiced Lamb Koftes with Tzatziki; and Mini Strawberry and Mint Pavlovas with Creme Chantilly.
Classes are hands-on, so you’ll slice, chop, roll, season and sauté, covering plenty of techniques to help you cook confidently. The enjoy the canapés with some well-deserved wine!
