Why do Filipinos celebrate “Noche Buena”? 

Join us for a Filipino Christmas feast (with a little western influences like the xmas crackers!), experience what it’s like to be around the Filipino table and enjoy our traditional Christmas food and delicacies. Sip some mulled rum and be merry!


Welcome Filipino Mulled Rum

Kaldereta Parcel

Beef & liver stew in tomato sauce wrapped in filo pastry deep fried and served as a welcoming canape

Keso de bola na lumpia

Deep fried aged edam cheese wrapped in springroll wrapper  served as a welcoming canape


Pinais na Kabuti

Steamed seasonal mushrooms, cooked with fermented shrimp and wrapped in banana leaves

Sabaw ng Tinola

Chicken and ginger cooked with green papaya and malunggay (moringa leaves) served as a soup 


Kinulob na Manok

Slow cooked chicken with chorizo de bilbao, smoke bacon and vegetables. Traditionally cooked in a claypot and sealed tightly with banana leaves served with plain jasmine rice



Assorted mini rice cakes; Bibingka [baked rice cupcakes topped with coconut shavings] , Puto bumbong [steamed purple yam & rice cake topped with butter & muscavado sugar] and palitaw [floating rice cakes covered in coconut shavings, sessame seeds and sugar]
