This is the last part of our Eat Philippines Supperclub series. Our Luzon and Visayas supperclub went swimmingly and my guests enjoyed their food as well as learning & trying something new about the Philippines. As you may have seen from from the series so far that there are plenty of dishes that many Filipinos haven't tried yet, some of our dishes are local and native to an area and not commonly known even with Filipinos.

For our November supperclub we are going to use Halal meat so that our muslim friends can also enjoy and experience the Filipino food and also a tribute to the Moro kababayan 'countrymen' who are Muslim.

Let us transport you to the sunny paradise of Mindanao through their native food, meet new people and have a laugh! Who knows I might bring the Karaoke out again and this time I might actually sing!

Complementary cocktails and canapes when you arrive

Zamboanga's Adobo
