Eat & Mess

Eat & Mess offers hands on, informative classes in a variety of baking and decorating skills, taught by passionate experts in the heart of Clapham.

Whether you are looking to brush on your bread skills, learn how to make the perfect sponge cake or add some French pastry flair to your repertoire, you can take your pick from a range of classes to suit your needs,as recommended by Timeout!

Our classes are very informal but well structured, taught in small groups for maximum experience. There will be lots of hands on baking, overseen and demonstrated by the professional chef teaching. At the end of the class you will take home everything, made entirely by yourself along with recipes from the day.

Private and bespoke classes are all available too by request.
