Suitable for both beginners and experienced bakers alike, you will be learning essential basics for teatime baking, including how to make delicious lemon scented shortbread biscuits, a whole Victoria sponge cake with buttercream and jam filling, and almond and raspberry filled Bakewell tarts, topped with icing.

Making and working with pastry and biscuit dough
This is a 3 hour class, and all goods made will be taken home to enjoy along with recipes from the day.
