Suitable for both the complete beginner, and confident home baker, you will learn how to make three different cupcakes and frosting recipes in this three hour class, in addition to different decorative techniques.
Making rocky road chocolate cupcakes with buttercream icing, zingy lemon meringue cupcakes with lemon frosting and iconic red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, all will be individually decorated for a professional finish. You will take home all goods and recipes from the class.
Our classes are very informal but well structured, taught in small groups for maximum experience. There will be lots of hands on baking, overseen and demonstrated by the teacher. At the end of the class you will take home 15 beautiful cupcakes made entirely by yourself, in addition to recipes from the day.
