L'Ile de France (the Island of France) is the inner region of the French nation where the capital resides, the vital part of the country. L'Ile de France used to be also the name of a former French colony which is today best know as Mauritius. Will Selina, the chef behind exotic supperclub supremo Yummychoo Eats, be able to hit at its very heart the traditional French regional cuisine exquisitely performed by the ex- Ritz boys from Gastronhome. Who's gonna take the pride of being the only Ile de France?
